FAQs

That’s entirely up to you! As you move through different stages of your breast cancer experience you might need or want to implement different strategies. You may choose to work on areas of your life that are relevant now and in the future and only use one session or you might focus your strategies on specific needs for where you are at in your process and then do other sessions as things change for you.
You are welcome to book multiple calls, strategy sessions, and self-care education classes as is appropriate for your needs, goals, time, and budget.
While As We Are Now LLC does offer self-care education and courses (coming soon!) most of the resources and recommendations I share come from all over. After 10 years working in integrative health care and the breast cancer community I draw heavily from trusted providers and survivor owned businesses and thriver led organizations. I also work to find local resources for you when necessary and available.
I accept credit and debit cards over the phone when scheduling or I can send you a digital invoice that you can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Venmo. I am able to accept some FSA and HSA cards if they are attached to a VISA or MC logo card.
I absolutely guarantee that the services I offer will reduce overwhelm and confusion to help you feel confident and move forward.. But because what you DO with the information I provide is what will really create the change you seek I do not offer a money-back guarantee at this time.
