This is the good stuff, friend.

Exclusive content and offers.
I believe in nurturing community and connection. When you join the Sisterhood (for free) and invite me into your inbox I recognize you are making a pact, to show up for yourself and to let me be a part of it. That’s why I choose to prioritize the Sisterhood with exclusive workshops, bonuses, and discounts.
You always come first.
You’re ready to stop the scroll, be seen, and take action. Even when I do share things on social media or publicize new services or offers, the Sisterhood is always the first to be privy to updates, recommendations, resources, and more!
It’s where we can get personal.
Breast cancer is hard. Things happen that you never expected. I know it’s true for me and some of what we deal with is deeply personal. While I am all for normalizing and vocalizing what breast cancer is really like I also still have things that I prefer to offer up in a more private setting. As a member of the Sisterhood I trust you with what I share in my emails and of course honor and respect what you share with me.
The As We Are Now Self-Care Resource Library
Coming soon! One of the things I love the most is making connections when it comes to great resources and recommendations. I’ve been sharing personalized ones with my clients for years but I’m ready to scale up and bring them ALL to you. I’m creating a comprehensive catalog of dozens of my best products, websites, memberships, services, and accounts that can aid your self-care journey and it will be exclusive to the Sisterhood.
Hundreds of self-care sisters like you have already signed up. I hope you will do the same. I can’t wait to meet you inside.
Hi, I’m Amy
I’ve made self-care a way of life since my breast cancer diagnosis. I’ve also realized it’s not easy.
Time passes, recovery happens.
But true healing requires time, attention, patience, and intention.
After spending more than a decade in integrative oncology care and bodywork, I understand that self-care is a decision. You don’t want to be passive and simply recover.
You want to HEAL.
I align myself with other women like me who, though challenged by all that breast cancer brings, have decided that we have a say in how we move through it, live with it, and experience life beyond it (regardless of disease status).
If this sounds like you then I invite you to join me and what I lovingly refer to as the As We Are Now Self-Care Sisterhood to kickstart your self-care journey.
