Knowing where to start and how to deal with it all can be overwhelming and frustrating. The more you search the more noise and conflicting information you find and it's hard to filter out what's right for YOU.
What you need is someone who knows this path well and is ready to lend a guiding hand.
In my experience no one could use a little less confusion and a little more trusted support than a woman navigating a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Through my own research and the culmination of hundreds of connections in the breast cancer community I have developed a vast network of resources, recommendations, accounts, and tools to help my clients and now I want to share them with you.
As a lifelong entrepreneur I'm also skilled at problem solving in order to set goals, big and small. My hand is outstretched and I hope you will let me assist you in piecing together the pieces of your own self-care strategy puzzle.

This allows you to work strategically and without overwhelm.
Laying out defined areas of healing whether physical, mental, or emotional, in order of importance, reduces overwhelm and allows you to focus on what's important now while knowing everything can be addressed in time.
